We offer a range of personal training services designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. We specialise in group outdoor training sessions, which helps reduce the individual cost for you, but individual sessions are also available. All our training sessions are planned and conducted by qualified instructors who are registered with Fitness Australia.
Our personal training sessions offer a more individual program tailored to your specific needs, be it cardio, strength, core or endurance. This is a mobile service that comes to your home or another suitable location near you.
Our group fitness sessions provide a generalised program, but still targets the key fitness areas. Create a group of up to six friends in a suitable outdoor location near you, or slot in to an existing group elsewhere.
Feel fabulous while you get fit by combining a 45 minute fitness training session with a one hour relaxation massage as a package. This represents a saving over booking each service individually. Each service can be used in any order, but the second must be used within three weeks of the first. A great gift idea.
