We offer a range of massage therapy services designed to relax and invigorate you. Our service is fully mobile and will be performed in the comfort and privacy of your own home. All our massage treatments are performed by qualified therapists who are registered with Massage & Myotherapy Australia.

Relaxation

Our standard relaxation massage designed to ease those tired muscles. This is a whole body massage that provides general relief to the major muscles in your body. The pressure applied during the massage can be adjusted to suit your preference.

Therapeutic

Our deep tissue massage designed to promote a deeper level of relaxation. This massage can be targeted at specific problem areas or applied to the whole body in general. The nature of this massage means that a firmer pressure is used when compared to our relaxation massage.

Fit 'n' Fabulous

Feel fabulous while you get fit by combining a 45 minute fitness training session with a one hour relaxation massage as a package. This represents a saving over booking each service individually. Each service can be used in any order, but the second must be used within three weeks of the first. A great gift idea.

We operate a mobile massage service, which means we come to you. Your massage will be performed in the area of your choice in the privacy and comfort of your own home. The therapist will need to access all sides of the table during the massage, so make sure the area you choose can accomodate both the therapist and their table.

No. The therapist will leave the room when you undress at the beginning of the massage to allow you to do so in privacy. During the massage you will be covered by one or more towels and only the area being massaged will be uncovered at any point. Once the massage is finished the therapist will leave the room and allow you to get dressed in private.

Every one is different, so it really depends on a variety of factors that affect you as an individual. Typically most people don't experience any soreness, but with deep tissue techniques some soreness can occur due to the nature of the treatment. If you do experience muscle soreness after your massage then you should find that it settles down within a day or two. Apart from being good advice in general, making sure you drink plenty of water after your massage and staying hydrated will help to minimise the chances of this happening.

It depends on what the medical condition is, as massage is contraindicated for certain conditions. Contraindicated means that it would be inadvisable to be massaged due to the medical condition in question. It is best that you mention any medical conditions when making your appointment and we will let you know if it is safe for you to have a massage.

Currently we only accept cash at the time of your appointment. We hope to be able to offer EFTPOS facilities in the near future.
